Work in progress
Helping people compare countries when they are looking for a safer future.
EVOLME is a service that helps individuals and families compare countries when seeking a safer future and better life opportunities. It is currently in prelaunch testing and not yet open to the public. This page describes what we are building while the full site is being finished.
What the service does
Compares countries under your goal
Legal eligibility, cost of living, healthcare, education, work and everyday life - weighed for a person or a family, not for an average.
Adds security and stability context
A country risk report that may help a person or family recognise elevated risk and avoid a dangerous situation - built from published research data, shown as country-level indicators.
Shows where every figure comes from
Each number carries its source and a last-checked date, so a reader can judge it rather than take it on trust.
Free for those who need it, paid for those who want more
Basic guidance for everyone
Basic guidance is available at no cost, so that people who cannot pay are not left without it. This is a deliberate part of the design, not a trial.
More depth for those who ask for it
Fuller reports, more countries, tailored scenarios and, where wanted, an introduction to licensed professionals. Paying users are what keep the free path free.
Serious sources, our own algorithms
Every evaluation in EVOLME rests on two things: a broad base of serious, official and academic data, and the internal algorithms we have built to read it. On the data side we draw on many published sources - statistics from national and international institutions, datasets maintained by research institutes, indices from recognised monitoring organisations and official records on law, migration, security and the economy. No single source decides anything; each one is a contextual input, carried with its origin and the date we last checked it.
On top of that base sit our own scoring models. They weigh the inputs under the goal a person or a family actually has - a safer place to live, a legal route in, work, healthcare, schooling, cost of living - and turn many disparate signals into a small set of comparable country-level indicators and risk assessments. These methods are developed and maintained in-house, refined on real cases and revised as the underlying data changes. What a user sees is the result of that work.
Questions about the service, or a data source you own and would like to discuss with us? We answer every message.
